Hunter Valley Homes and Jayco Newcastle began as Belmont Caravans with a Millard Caravan franchise.
The companies of Hunter Valley Caravan Sales Pty Ltd were formed to market Vicount Caravans and Cabins at Heatherbrae.
A new larger display home centre was built on the Pacific Highway at Hexham and both Jayco Newcastle and Hunter Valley Homes combined into this new location.
The business was purchased by the current owner Damian in 2008 after a 25 plus year previous ownership.

A fire went though Hexham and burnt a small part of Jayco Newcastle and both Hunter Valley Homes and Jayco Newcastle relocated to Camfield Drive, Heatherbrae.
Hunter Valley Homes started to market new modular homes to clients who had vacant blocks of land, historically, modular homes were only built in over 55’s villages.
